Dream House

^^The Guggenheim Museum, New York. View from inside looking upward.^^
I was in the Guggenheim in NYC the other week. I enjoy art museums/galleries every once in a while. Anyway, I was walking around when I entered a room which requested I remove my shoes (which was annoying seeing as I was wearing high tops which i had to unlace them to get them on and off). As I walked in, I felt a soft fuzzy carpet grace the soles of my feet. A deep humming sound invaded my ears slowly the more I approached the main section. I won't go into too much depth about the room incase anybody is visiting any time soon. All's i can say is, it was so awesome. My peers didn't seem to fussed but for me it was something personal. It's kinda hard to explain. But it was like, it had something to do with my interests. It just stimulated my brain perfectly. It sort of reminded me of listening to Pink Floyd's 'Dark Side of The Moon' in brilliant headphones.
In no way am I telling you to rush out to the guggenheim for the experience of a life time. I thought i'd merely say how this small exhibition touched me.
I visited 4 galleries/museums in that day, and this one thing stuck in my head more than anything.
Twas very cool.....
On another note, does anybody else have Synesthesia? For me, when I hear music, I see intricate colors and textures. I didn't even pay that much attention to it until the other month, at which point i decided to do some research into it.
